This was an overall really great experience. We went through Costco and Moore is who they are contracted with. Ramone was the first guy out and he did all the tests. We already knew our water was bad, but it was fun for the family to see all of his tests. Joshua and Harvey did the installation and that also was a really great experience. All three of them were professional, kind, and knowledgable. I would absolutely recommend this crew. As far as the water goes, we finally have soft water again and pure drinking water!
Harvey and Josh were awesome. Professional and knowledgeable and friendly. Pleasure to work with and have in our home. Explained everything and gave us the info we needed to not only use the system but who to call if any issue. Spectacular experience!!! 5 stars for them and the company!!

We had Micheal and Jonathan out to finish setting up our whole house treatment system. They were incredible knowledgeable and friendly. They got us up and going in a very short amount of time.

Dylan did a wonderful job presenting the system. Brad and Brett did a perfect job installing it quickly and accurately. We can taste and feel the difference already with confidently clean water. Moore was very patient with us as well as our schedule was very difficult to accommodate, but they made every effort to work with us.
We just had our soft water system installed today. Dylan was our salesman. He did a great job describing the system and it's capabilities. He was very knowledgeable and didn't apply any pressure. The installation team was Harvey and Hayden. They were also very knowledgeable and professional. They did an excellent job installing the system and were able to answer all my questions. All three were very polite and I would highly recommend Moore Water and Air if you are looking for a soft water system.

Didn’t push us to buy the water system.The installation team, Jerry, Nick And Naomi were very professional, worked fast and Naomi was very thorough about it explaining how our system works and the maintenance for our new system. I’m so excited about having the osmosis system under our sink and ready to see the benefits. Highly recommend!

Michael, Jonathan, and Nick were my installation team and they were absolutely amazing. They explained everything that was being done why it was being done and how to maintain my system. They made sure that I didn’t have any questions before they left.
I like Moore.The only time we had an issue was the guy who was suppose to come in and pour concrete to fix the sidewalk that needed patching from the new line being put in. He poured concrete on our sprinkler, the brick liners for our flower bed, he didn’t use a frame, didn’t level it out, or even fill it up to be level with the sidewalk. It was a *horrible* job but when we called Moore they were on it and a week later sent out Michael and Jonathan who did an amazing job tearing out the other guys work and left us feeling satisfied and respected.I included pictures of the first round while it was still wet and the new pour (also still drying.) Night and day!I highly recommend the first guy NOT being sent out to do *any* concrete work for future customers. Otherwise I will recommend Moore!

Great company to work with. Have had my soft water system for two years and they have been great throughout that entire time! My most recent appointment to replace the annual filters was handled by Noemi, and she was fantastic. Excellent customer service, adjust well to my work from home conditions (was in a meeting and had a sick kid at home). She navigated around all that flawlessly, let me know the condition of my system, and what improvements needed to be made as well. Highly recommend Moore Water Treatment, and ask for Noemi!
