Worst decision I have ever made. The customer service is horrible and they hook up the system wrong and everything was exposed and my lines froze. It's cheaper and easier to hook up your own system.

From Ramon being so flexible with his time about doing our in-home visit to the installers, this was completely done in a first class manner. They were actually early for an installation, which never happens. I wasn't able to be there so the installer was working with my wife and made her at ease with the process which I can't be grateful enough for.

You guys are doing a great job... thanks for helping me to make it safe for my family to bathe without worrying about the garbage water we unfortunately have, much less have good water to drink without spending a fortune for crappy bottled water!
